In working with new clients, we begin by developing both short term objectives as well as a long term strategic plan. Only after the establishment of these goals and objectives do we begin the formalized bidding process. As your Broker of Record we also perform the following services:

	Drafting of customized bid specifications and analysis of responses
	Coordination of employee communications, meetings and review of insurance contracts
	Development of announcement materials and benefit highlight summaries
	Compliance with state and federal regulations
	Day to day support for questions and issues that may arise
	Periodic new hire orientation (as needed)
	Evaluation of voluntary benefit offerings and enrollment system support
	Negotiation of annual renewal rates/plan designs with vendors, and
	Review and update of strategic objectives
